Using Mapserver as a WMS Client.
Example mapserver map that calls microsoft terraservice WMS.

In this example we show how to use Mapserver as a WMS client by utilizing Microsoft's Terra Service WMS server. For more details about Microsft's OGC WMS check out the GetCapabilities of Microsoft Terraservice.
